Fine Tuning of Self

Letty will lead a 90-minute wellness workshop. This is a safe space for everyone, beginners welcome, wishing to take some time out to breathe, reconnect and remember our power. Through breath work, meditation, Yin Yoga, and slow mindful movement you will reset the nervous system, shift stagnated energy in the body, and develop a higher state of conscious awareness. Tools that you can take and apply to life beyond the mat to create an overall greater sense of grounding, wellbeing and balance.

This nurturing practice will include the space to free flow thoughts on paper to give us more of an insight into where we are at, and offer clarity to our aspirations.
