Letty will lead a 1hr wellness mindfulness workshop. This is a safe space for everyone, beginners welcome, wishing to take some time out to breathe, reconnect and remember our power. Through breath work, meditation, mindfulness techniques and gentle guided movement you will reset the nervous system, shift stagnated energy in the body, and develop a higher state of conscious awareness. Tools that you can take and apply to every aspect of your life to create an overall greater sense of grounding, wellbeing and clarity.
