Yoga Teacher
Letty Mitchell is a senior Yoga/Meditation teacher, a movement artist, and an art enthusiast with a career stretching over a decade.
She is currently a Nike Well Collective Trainer.
Her work portfolio has made a mark in the medical industry, the wellness industry, the fashion industry, the creative industry, and the fitness industry.
Her teachings are centered on the power of embodiment, mental health awareness, and self-empowerment. Weaving intuition with the knowledge of Yoga, somatics, mindfulness, anatomy, Qi, creativity, neuroscience, as well as spiritual philosophy.
Letty has led sessions on Mindfulness for the Society for Cardiothoracic Surgery in Great Britain and Ireland for heart/brain surgeons. She was a faculty member for online webinars supporting the wellness of Allied Healthcare Practitioners and Nursing Staff during the pandemic. Letty has also been invited to speak at the SCTS Annual Conference in 2019 and invited back to present on Mindfulness and Equality in the workplace.
As well as her own curated immersive experiences, Letty has worked with a plethora of aspirational artists and organisations, to build a growing community where spirituality and creativity can be used in pursuit of wellness and self-expansion.

A professional dance career led her to Yoga,
Now Yoga is bringing her back to the power of creativity.
A practice which still acts as her library into the wonders of this human being in its physical form, slowly yet dramatically evolved and became the door to a powerful awakening and connection to the abundant; collective consciousness.
The gut knowing to the power of each and everyone of us, fuels a greater mission to provide support and create communities where we can hold each other in our own self realisation. To remember who we are beneath our programming.
