Who is it for?
If you want to feel something other than overwhelm, then let me support you in the process of slowing down and uncording from the noise of the world, so that you can listen to yourself again.
Your resonance with the idea of tuning in and feeling peace may have brought you here. A seed of a vision that is possible to experience with the support, practice, and compassion needed to come out of survival and into expansion again.
This isn't a generic meditation training. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, the foundations covered will be used as a starting point to a comprehensive, theoretical, and practical journey of self-awareness, self-empowerment, and profound inner peace.
This course is for the highly sensitives, for those who feel deeply or feel easily pulled off center by people, places, and worldly events, for those who get overstimulated quickly, for those desiring mental space and a relaxed body, for those who want a better relationship with their intuition, for those feeling stuck and stagnant, for those curious to their multi-dimensionality.
What’s the transformation?
When we are reminded of how it feels to exist outside of survival mode, we open ourselves up to the possibility of new experiences.
External transformation is an internal transformation. Having the self-awareness to know the tone of the mind and the tone of the body, and the practical understanding of how to bring both back into a state of harmony is power. It is how we are able to trust in that required step into the unknown and the uncomfortable, to receive a reality that is more aligned and aspiring to our expanded sense of self.
With increased self-awareness, intention and a sensitivity to energy, you will know how to integrate and embody effective practices to regulate your nervous system in times of stress, and be able to recall the embodied experiences to raise your vibration independently of our circumstances for more peaceful, inspiring, intuitively led experiences.
The Journey
The structure of the training has been meticulously designed to support the curiousity in where meditation can take us.
The 6 key themes dicusssed will be integrated with 5 different meditation techniques and one Yin Yoga routine.
Week 1. FOCUS
The power of attention and intention. You will learn why and how to take your power back by viscerally understanding how to direct your energy and your awareness. Find the immediate relief in coming out of the matrix.
Week 2. PHYSICAL ATTUNEMENT
The art of non-reactivity. You will learn to compassionately rebuild an intimate, honest relationship with the sensory feedback of the body without overwhelm. No more avoiding or dissociating from how you are feeling.
Week 3. GROUNDING
Yin as omnipresence. Embodying the greater understanding of Yin as a universal principle that permeates and balances everything, always present and in a state of giving and receiving. Learn to use Yin Yoga poses to ground the body out of its momentum, as to witness the body from a new perspective.
Week 4. ENERGY
Embodying the ‘ground to rise’ method, through the awareness of the Sushumna Channel, our central energy channel representing the central foundational pathway for awakening energy from the base of the spine (and roots) through the crown of the head (and the sky/the quantum field)
Week 5. VIBRATION
Learn how to raise your vibration through meditation, embodiment, and energy alchemy to move through heavy emotions and align with a higher frequency.
Week 6. MANIFESTATION
Connecting the dots, building an intentional, embodied meditative practice to be in the optimum space to receive and pull in intentional experiences.

6 x 75-minute online sessions led by Letty | every Sunday 10:00 am - 11:15 am UK time (Recordings will be available for those in different time zones or for those who are unable to make the Live classes)
