Letty Mitchell is a senior Yoga and meditation teacher, embodiment facilitator and movement artist from Peckham, London whose work sits at the intersection of art, healing and experience design.

With over 15 years of teaching experience within wellness, fashion and fine art her work portfolio is extensive. Highlights include curating the ‘Embodied Experience’ at Tate Modern to coincide with Theatre Picasso, leading mindfulness sessions to support the NHS nurses during the COVID pandemic and being an invited guest teacher for The Society for Cardiothoracic Surgery. Her current collaborations include fashion designer Martine Rose, and Nike. She is currently a Nike training ambassador.

As a movement artist, Letty explores the practice of sensitive embodied attunement, through sensuality, deep listening and breath. Her practice is grounded in the intimate sensory awareness of the body and its emotional connection with its environment. As well as live improvisation, she creates visual projections of her body designed to complement and hold the space, for her hypnotic, intimate guidance into true self awareness.

As an Experience Designer Letty curates immersive embodied experiences, where art, spirituality and wellness are used to nurture a deeply intimate connection with sensation, energy, and the power of attention. The spaces she hold integrate empathy and spatial design, to ensure the energy of the space support the organic catharsis that happens when we shift out of survival mode and into the frequency of inspiration.
