The Radical Reset

A transformational wellness immersion in the heart of Costa Rica.

12th April 2027 - 17th April 2027

This 5-night immersion in the lush landscape of Costa Rica is intentionally designed to realign you back to your home frequency - a progression from survival mode to flow state.

Through Yoga, meditation, and sound we will move from overstimulation to a place of embodied regulation, inspiration and unified connection.

Give yourself the space

to feel yourself again.

Who is this for?

This retreat is for anyone who feels the pull to unplug from the monotony and momentum of life, and step into a more relaxed, peaceful, inspired and expansive expression of yourself.

This isn't a generic Yoga retreat. This is an initiation. A specialised immersion to cultivate more self-awareness, self-empowerment and aligned embodiment.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, the practices offered will meet you exactly where you are and act as a reminder to the version of you that lives beneath the relentlessness and responsibilities of being human.

Nature is a natural healer. Its very essence is to bring you back home, and we will be immersed in it.

Itinerary Overview

The immersion journeys through an intentionally designed programme to journey you from overstimulation, to decompression, recalibration, and finally integration.

Every day will incorporate Yoga (Vinyasa and Yin), Meditation, breath work, sound, inquiry practices and sensory explorations.

Between each breath

there is space.

Between each thought

there is space.

Space that is boundless,

limitless and full of potential.

Space that holds the intelligence of nature.

Join Letty Mitchell and The Sound Shift as we embody

the space in-between.

Our Team

Letty Mitchell is a senior Yoga/Meditation teacher, an embodiment facilitator and movement artist from Peckham. She is currently a Nike trainer. With over 15 years teaching experience her guidance is centered in the power of embodiment, mental health awareness, and self-empowerment; channeling intuition with knowledge of Yoga, somatics, mindfulness, anatomy, energy work, neuroscience, as well as spiritual philosophy.

Her work portfolio has made a mark in the medical, wellness, fashion, fitness and creative industries; contributing her expertise through classes, teacher trainings, articles and dialogues, to a plethora of brands, organisations, and institutions. She has most recently been invited to hold space at Tate Modern and Wembley Arena.

Letty has worked with the Society for Cardiothoracic Surgery in Great Britain and Ireland, teaching sessions on mindfulness for heart/lung surgeons and surgeons in training. She was a faculty member for online webinars supporting the wellness of Healthcare Practitioners and Nursing Staff during the pandemic.

As a movement artist, Letty explores the practice of sensitive embodied attunement, through sensuality, deep listening and breath. She curates alternative sensory immersive experiences, where creativity, spirituality and wellness are used to support and nurture a deeply intimate connection with sensation, energy, and the power of attention.

Letty has worked with many inspirational artists, musicians and creators to build a growing community where the practices of Yoga and embodiment can be used in pursuit of wellness, self-expansion and creative liberation.

Amongst the variety in her work, Letty's ethos has always been; To help people in their self-realisation. To create spaces for healing. To be in the power of imagination.

Almira and George bring together expertise in sound, experience design, behavioural change, and group facilitation to create environments that support meaningful shifts in state and perspective. Their work sits at the intersection of creativity, nervous system regulation, immersion, and human performance. Drawing from decades of experience across music, sound, entrepreneurship, operations, education, and wellbeing, they design experiences that are both deeply restorative and thoughtfully structured. Together, they have guided retreats, corporate programmes, sound experiences, and immersive events for individuals and teams seeking greater clarity, resilience, creativity, and connection.

George

George's approach combines sonic expertise, entrepreneurial thinking, and a long-standing interest in the relationship between consciousness, behaviour, and performance.

Through sound, breath, and carefully designed immersive experiences, he helps participants access states of calm, focus, creativity, and reflection that are often difficult to reach within the pace of modern life.

His background spans more than three decades in music, business, and learning design. Beginning his career as an artist and producer, he has produced charting records, collaborated with internationally recognised artists, and received an Ivor Novello Award for his songwriting work.

Alongside his music career, George founded and scaled multiple businesses, including the award-winning education platform Studytracks. Across all of his work runs a common thread: understanding how people learn, change, perform, and grow.

Over the past twenty years, he has undertaken extensive study in sound, breathwork, mindset, and contemplative practice, bringing a practical, systems-based approach to personal transformation and nervous system regulation.

Almira

Almira brings a unique blend of operational leadership, intuitive facilitation, and lived experience to her work.

Her role within retreats centres on creating spaces that feel both grounded and deeply supportive—where structure and flow coexist, allowing participants to settle, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.

Professionally, her background includes international project and operations management, leading teams and experiences across multiple countries. Today, alongside motherhood and managing a private family office, she continues to explore the intersection of wellbeing, ritual, community, and meaningful living.

Music has been a lifelong influence, shaped by a family lineage of jazz and classical musicians and later deepened through years immersed in underground music culture.

Her ongoing study of meditation, sound, ritual practice, and contemplative traditions emerged through extensive travel, personal inquiry, and transformative life experiences. These perspectives inform her calm, compassionate, and deeply human approach to retreat facilitation.
