and our physical responses to sonic stimuli.’
Join Letty, George, and Almira as we explore resonance, embodiment, and the power of vibration.
A space curated to explore our multi-dimensionality and our potential that sits within a higher state of consciousness using movement, meditation, and sound.
This immersive experience will give you the time, space, and support to shift out of survival mode and into a place of regulation, inspiration, and connection.
What to expect
An extended meditation practice
A dynamic Yoga practice, embodying the Earth and Sky method, for centering, grounding, and liberation.
A Live sacred sound bath and deep relaxation.
The experiment - a chance to witness an emerging project showcasing the intersection between sound, frequency, and physical embodiment
As we center our awareness through multiple meditation techniques, we will begin a collective and individual journey of body mindfulness, attuning to the sensory feedback of the body through breath awareness, a dynamic Yoga practice, full-body listening meditation, and a sacred sound bath.
On an atomical level, our bodies are made of 99.99% space, yet we often get stuck in defining ourselves by the 0.01%. With embodiment practices, we can start to viscerally comprehend this space within us, and allow this boundlessness to integrate and influence the way we walk our path.
As vibrational beings, sound can touch the very essence of who we are, and pull us out of the heaviness that comes with being human.
Drawing on functional sound and frequency research, the entire session will be dynamically scored using layered sounds and live instruments, integrating traditional sound healing, unique soundscapes, and selected music to create a deeply resonant, multi-dimensional experience
We’ll explore how sound frequencies are felt and can support our emotions by witnessing our physical responses to sonic stimuli.
